I had a pleasure to do the workshop on Smart (self)leadership for your smart success today with students of Faculty of Economics from University of Ljubljana.
We are never too young or not enough experienced, or too old and too experienced, to wake up or reinvent the leader in us, to take a charge in our lives, and to take an active approach towards our goals. You can take that choice, here and now, as well. Be a leader of your life.

I’m feeling grateful and inspired for every opportunity that I have to learn from youth, and to share with them my knowledge, skills, and experiences on (self)leadership and (self)empowerment.
It really is, as N. Mandela said, ‘The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow.’
It’s up to as to pave the way for the youth. It’s up to us to empower them, to include them and to co-create with them.
